Great place! I drove in with a paint scrape, rather large, on the side of my car. A helpful young man fixed it immediately, in less than 15 minutes. I have had services done with Brown Brothers before and I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!...and they have a nice cozy waiting room, too!.....THANKS!

We've used Brown Brothers so many times over the years. They are friendly and capable, and honorable! AND they do great work. I hope you never need them, but if you do, it's great to know they're there for you. Can't imagine why I would ever go anywhere else.

When you have an older car, 2000 model year, alot of shops say that their software does not go back that far to order parts. Brown Brothers didn't blink an eye, got the parts and came under the estimate. A quality body shop with quality ownership and employees.

So far, I like the way they deal with incompetent insurance company's. And have kept me in the loop, since I dropped off my BBY,(truck). Will add to this review after everything is finished. I added to this review/with pictures, but it seems only pictures went through. So I'll try again. I added 9 pics of before and after, but they are all mixed up, sry for that. Look no further, this shop really has yr back from start to end. I have my truck bk, it's better than before my accident. Yr not just a number with a bank account for withdrawals, these ppl really care about the service they give and you get. You will not be disappointed!!

The folks at Brown Brothers Body Works couldn’t be nicer or more professional. They were quick to get my estimate (someone backed into my Camry’s driver door in a parking lot) and got me into the shop within 10 days. The told me 5 days for the job, but I was pleasantly surprised by a phone letting me know it was ready a day & a half early! Looks great, see before and after photos. Kudos to Bobby, Christine and the team at BBBW!!! I highly recommend them.
